I lead with empathy and authenticity, creating a collaborative space with clear goals and working together towards achieving them.
As a coach I'm driven by my passion for helping others identify their gifts and so that they can share them with the world. I can't explain how powerful it is to see those 'Ah-ha' moments or the energy shifts of living in alignment with your values!
My life mission (and passion) is fostering an inclusive, kind and respectful environment, creating a ripple effect to bring joy to the world!
My Career Journey
My professional career started as a technologist, I wanted to use tech to help people solve challenges and live a better life. I got a bachelors degree in Information Systems Engineering and joined a Fortune 500 company as a Solutions Consultant. In there I managed multiple global projects, assisted clients with their implementations, and later on became the manager of the team I was so proud to work in.
Throughout my career I had the pleasure to support many people through mentoring, trainings, developing talent and building high-performing teams and working groups. I felt my best when I was supporting and lifting others, after all that's tied to my life mission, purpose and values. These experiences and my curiosity to find how to best support each person are what inspired me to start my own career as a coach. Since then I had the privilege to coach people across different industries but with one thing in common: their passion to pursue their dreams!
Do I have it all figured out now? Definitely not, but I have faith in my journey and I'll continue designing my life and growing along the way. I'm always looking for ways to develop and improve!

As a coach, I help create the space to uncover your inner wisdom.
I work with people who are ready to create change in their life, grow on their career or start a new one using coaching to uncover the opportunities to get there while gaining self awareness. I help them connect with their values, strengths and passion, define next steps and prepare for different challenges so that they can reach their potential.
My coaching style is calm and caring but also empowering and fun, celebrating the accomplishments and acknowledging the emotions. We'll explore your dreams, mindsets, blockers and emotions in a caring, collaborative and non-judgemental space. I listen to the words and the emotions behind them and ask thought-provoking questions to unlock your inner wisdom, define next steps and accountability to pursue your goals.
